Return and Refund Policy

We operate under a print-on-demand business model, which means all products are custom-made when you place an order. Please do your own due diligence before buying, including checking product descriptions and sizing charts carefully.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return if there is an issue with the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

👉 Returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Misprinted or defective products

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at danajaf04@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

If your return is approved:

  • If the fault lies with production or shipping (e.g., defective or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or refund.

  • If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered), we cannot cover return shipping or issue a replacement/refund.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, you’ll need to place a new order after the return/refund for the original item is processed.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
