All of our products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
Processing & Fulfillment Times

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be processed and fulfilled before shipping.

Shipping Times & Carriers

Shipping times depend on your delivery address and chosen method.

Standard estimated shipping times:

USA: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

Europe: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International: 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the products in your order.

Multiple items in the same order may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking confirmation.
Wrong Address / Returned Shipments

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful.

Re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at danajaf04@gmail.com.

Printful will investigate and may issue a replacement at their discretion.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
